COVID-19 return to play Updates

ULTIMATE FRISBEE DURING covid-19

We are excited to be able to return to the field after 5 months away and are doing so in a safe and measured manner, with the support of our sport governing body.

Our sport governing body has worked hard to set out a phased return to play pathway for clubs during the COVID-19 pandemic. As of 15th August 2020, we began in Phase B of our phased return to organised training that minimise the spread of COVID-19. Phase C commenced on 15th September 2020 and Phase D is expected to commence on 14th October 2020. Full, current updates can be found from UK Ultimate's page.

ST ALBANS return to play documents

As a club we have developed our own guidelines for club members, linked below.

To attend our training sessions, it's mandatory for players to fill out our test and trace form on the day of training, before 18:30. Each week, the form will be shared on our Facebook group. Players must not attend training sessions if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID-19. Players also must not attend if they have been instructed to self-isolate for a period covering the date of a training session. At training sessions, players must adhere to measures we have put in place to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 to keep themselves and other members safe.
