COVID-19 return to play Updates

ULTIMATE FRISBEE DURING covid-19

Our Test and Trace form must be filled out on the day of training before attending. the link will be posted Weekly in OUR public facebook group.

Full, current updates can be found from UK Ultimate.

We were excited to be able to return to the field in April after another 5 months away and are doing so in a safe and measured manner, with the support of our sport governing body, UKUltimate.

UKUltimate has worked hard to set out a phased return to play pathway for clubs during the COVID-19 pandemic. As of April 2021, we began in Phase B of our phased return to organised training that minimise the spread of COVID-19 and reduce injury risk. We will return to Phase C play over 3-4 weeks. All changes will be made in line with UKUltimate guidelines and with the best interest of club members in mind.

ST ALBANS return to play documents

As a club we have developed our own guidelines for club members, linked below.

To attend our training sessions, it's mandatory for players to fill out our test and trace form on the day of training, before 18:30. Each week, the form will be shared on our Facebook group. Players must not attend training sessions if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID-19. Players also must not attend if they have been instructed to self-isolate for a period covering the date of a training session. At training sessions, players must adhere to measures we have put in place to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 to keep themselves and other members safe.
