Outdoor trainings have now moved to our home at the St Albans Rugby Club in Smallford. We run a warmup, skills drills followed by at least 1hr of game time, usually full 7v7 on a lovely floodlit grass pitch. Open to all skill levels. Bring a friend and play on the same team.

WHO: 16 max - sign-up link is posted in the WhatsApp group on the Wednesday prior, bulk pyaers get first refusal.

DETAILS: Capped at 16 players each week, with a waiting list that gets priority the following week. Those paying in bulk for 10 sessions will get first refusal for spaces.
