Skills Sessions

We will be focusing on Throwing and breaking down all the elements of throwing forehand, backhand and overheads. Footwork, body position, movement mechanics, pivoting and release.  For more advanced players we will focus on different release points, angle control, touch and shape. In the 2nd session we will work on solidifying skills from the morning and progressing with throwing in stronger winds, faking & breaking the mark. When you don't have a game on (1 game slot, lunch & end of day) there will be an opportunity for some individual coaching, just come and ask!

Lunch

Please bring food with you. We will have a BBQ going so you can bring your own BBQ food and cook that if you want! We'll have some condiments and utensils. There will be a space for Vegan & Veggie food on the grill.

Parking

Please check the map below and park on the left just as you drive in. Don't go down to the football car park or you might get locked in!

Playing Kit

Please make sure you bring a light (white) and dark (not white) top to play in.

Toilets and water are inside the clubhouse Keep the sidelines clear, please do a visual check of the playing area and remain vigilant for any potential hazards on and close to the pitch.

Please take off your jewellery / watch / fitbit, etc, following rule 3.4 in the WFDF Rules of Ultimate.

Please note, dogs are allowed on this site and there will be at least 2 in attendance ... but they must remain on the least. Please don't let them foul on the playing fields and we must take all dog waste off site. The Elite Invite Finals will be streaming in the Clubhouse all day!
